Were you scheduled to deliver a presentation at the event? 

Take your presentation online with a webinar! 

It can be as simple as going live using your subscription video conferencing services such as Zoom or GoToMeeting or using a webinar software platform such as WebinarJam or Livestream.

Don't want to do it live? Record your presentation and add it to your website to share online.

No matter which way you go, make sure to promote the online presentation via your social media channels and your email lists.

And don't worry! There can still be networking opportunities within a live webinar or pre-recorded presentation, but the real reason why people gather together is to learn from an expert.

Have a pre-show event attendee list?

Create a direct mail and/or email campaign!

Informational products you were planning to hand out during the events can be easily transformed into a great way to connect through the mail. Make sure to include some sort an offer or call to action, and if you have any conference freebies, throw one of those in there too!
